Gonfaron: soils dating to the Pleistocene epoch. A combination of phyllade soils on schistose colluviums.
Carnoules: soils dating to the Oligocene epoch, medium clay-limestone.
Grape varieties
Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah.
Vinification
Grapes harvested at night at low temperature, vinified between
15 and 16°C in thermo-regulated tanks. Blocking of malolactic fermentation to preserve the natural acidity of the wine.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Pale pink with silver highlights.
Nose: Aromas of citrus fruit, with hints of nutmeg and ginger.
Palate: Well-balanced, evolving into spicy notes and notes of spices and peppers. Well-structured and velvety palate. Lingering, mineral-driven finish with hints of salinity.

Comments
This rosé has a beautiful pale pink colour with silver highlights. On the nose, you’ll discover citrus fruit and spices aromas, evolving into white fruit notes. The palate is well-balanced, with a velvety and ample structure highlighted by a spicy character. You’ll note flavours of lemon, citrus and ginger. Lingering, mineral-driven finish with hints of salinity.
