Our 2 terroirs
Gonfaron : soils dating from the Pleistocene epoch. Combination of phyllade soils on schist colluvium.
Carnoules: soils dating from the Oligocene epoch, medium clay-limestone.
Grape varieties
Rolle.
Vinification
Grapes are harvested at night at low temperature and vinified between 15 and 16°C in thermoregulated vats. Malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve the wine’s natural acidity.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Pale straw colour with hints of gold.
Nose: Lemon, accompanied by notes of yellow fruit, apricot and pineapple.
Palate: Zesty, fruity and spicy attack. Beautiful richness on the palate, and a fresh and dynamic finish.

Comment
Pale straw colour with hints of gold, this wine offers a lemony and mineral aroma accompanied by notes of yellow fruit, apricot and pineapple. It offers a zesty, fruity and spicy attack on the palate, giving way to beautiful richness. The wine has beautiful minerality in the finish. Ideally paired with a strawberry tart.
